ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

NEW STUDENT

ONSITE

In compliance of community quarantine measures, the NBSPI campus might be operating on a skeletal workforce or limited working days/hour. Please confirm availability through these numbers 0917-842-6097 or (083) 877-4985 before visiting.

1. Visit the NBSPI Admission office during office hours and request for the Enrollment Application Form.
2. Fill-out the Enrollment Application Form and submit the required admission requirements for checking.
3. Proceed to the Guidance Office for the interview.
4. Pay the enrollment/reservation fee at the Cashier’s Office.
5. Proceed to the Principal’s Office for the enrollment approval.
6. Proceed to Office of Student Affairs for processing of Identification Card and Uniform (uniform is optional for S.Y. 2020-2021)
7. Proceed to Registrar’s Office for confirmation of official registration and collection of Admission Requirements.

ONLINE (Pre-enrollment)

1. Access to the registration link: Online-Registration
2. Fill-up the online form and click SUBMIT. The academic counselor will go thru your application form. Wait for the verification email for further instructions.
3. Pay the registration fee based on the received email. You may pay at the following payment channels: NBSPI Cashier, KCC Payment Center, Over-the-Counter/Transfer at Philippine National Bank or Landbank of the Philippines (Physical Bank or Mobile Banking).
4. Send the electronic copy (scanned or photo) of proof of payment to [email protected] with the following details:
• Enrollee’s Complete Name
• Grade / Year Level to enroll
• Contact Number”
5. An email will be sent to enrollee stating the confirmation of reservation. Wait for the Academic Counselor’s further instructions of your enrollment process.

OLD STUDENT

ONSITE

2. Pay the enrollment fee at the Cashier’s Office.
3. Proceed to Registrar’s Office/Computer Center for checking of accomplished Enrollment Form and scheduling subjects in the E-School System.
4. Proceed to the Principal’s Office for approval of student’s enrollment in the E-School System.
5. Proceed to Office of Student Affairs (OSA) for validation of Student’s Identification Card (ID) and Student’s Handbook.
6. Submit the Enrollment Form and other supporting documents (if any) to Registrar’s Office for filing.
