ONLINE ENROLLMENT FOR FIRST SEMESTER, S.Y. 2022-2023

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES for COLLEGE STUDENTS:

  1. Releasing of Grades. Semestral grades will be sent to your respective student email account by the Registrar. For incomplete grades, directly contact your subject teacher for updates.
  2. Registration. Access the registration link above and fill up the online form.
  3. Evaluation and Processing. Upon receiving your submitted form, it will be forwarded to Academic Counselors for evaluation and processing. Wait for the verification email to proceed with the next step.
  4. Payment of Fees. Pay the enrollment fee. See payment option details through the verification email or payment options template on the carousel above. For scholars and Student Employees, your application will be forwarded to Step 5 after the evaluation.
  5. Loading of Subjects and Confirmation. Academic counselors will encode and load the subjects. After validating your enrollment, you will receive your subject schedule and confirmation email of your official enrollment.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES for SENIOR HIGH STUDENTS:

  1. Releasing of Report Cards.  The Report card will be sent electronically to your respective student email account by the Registrar. For incomplete grades, directly contact your subject teacher for updates.
  2. Registration. Access the registration link above and fill up the online form.
  3. Evaluation and Enrollment Approval. Upon receiving your submitted form, it will be forwarded to Academic Counselors for evaluation and approval. Wait for a verification email for further instructions.
  4. Payment of Fees. Pay the enrollment fee. See payment option details through the verification email or payment options template on the carousel above.
  5. Confirmation. After validating your registration process and payment, you will receive a confirmation email of your official enrollment.
