ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

  • Click the button above to access the Online Registration Link.
  • Fill up the online form and submit it. The Registrar will go through your application form. A verification email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Pay the registration fee based on the received email. You may pay at the following payment channels:
    • NBSPI Cashier
    • KCC Payment Center
    • Over-the-Counter/Transfer at the following banks: Philippine National Bank and Landbank of the Philippines, Inc. (details on received email)
  • Send the electronic copy (scanned or photo) of proof of payment to [email protected] with the following details:
    • Enrollee’s Complete Name
    • Year/Grade Level to enroll
    • Contact Number
  • An email will be sent to the enrollee stating the confirmation of enrollment. Wait for the Registrar’s instructions on your enrollment status.
 
NOTES:
  • Enrollment processing can also be done on-site (NBSPI campus) in accordance with the prevailing LGU Executive Order and by observing safety health protocols.
  • The Entrance Examination for incoming SHS students is waived for Academic Year 2022-2023.
  • We reinforce temporary enrollment (in reference to DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2018) for students who want to enroll with lacking requirements.
