The office of City Mayor Ronnel C. Rivera announces the opening of EduKAR GenSan Scholarship Application for the Academic Year 2022-2023. This Application will run from January 17 to February 18, 2022.

Only 100 applicants per weekdays will be catered and it is open until February 18, 2022. Information provided in the pre-registration will be used for the issuance of the Certificate of Indigency from CSWDO. NO PRE-REGISTRATION, NO ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION.***Note: Pre-registration link will automatically close after it reaches 100 responses.
2. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS.) APPLICATION FORM

Print it in the long bond paper (8.5×13 inches) and fill out legibly all the needed information. All blank spaces MUST be filled with “N/A”. In the back portion of the form, paste your passport size ID (with name and signature), fill out the CTC Number and Place of Issue (refer to your CTC or Cedula) and lastly, don’t forget to affix your thumb mark.

Make sure to READ and UNDERSTAND each requirement needed to avoid delay and denial of application. Each requirement has a corresponding description (eg. Only Certified True Copy with school seal is needed, Photocopy only of PSA Authenticated BC is needed, etc.)COMPLETE THE REST OF THE REQUIREMENTS ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 18, 2022.
4. PROCESS FLOW OF SUBMISSION
Due to the gradual increase of our COVID-19 cases, the submission of the requirements will be done virtually (online). Once you have already completed/secured all the requirements, scan the documents IN ORDER and save it as one PDF File (not individually). Rename the file to (SURNAME, FIRST NAME.pdf). Note: ONLY COMPLETE DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.A.) Send the PDF File to the following email based on your barangay. In the Subject portion, please put EDUKAR APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS OF SURNAME, FIRST NAME MIDDLE INITIAL (eg. EDUKAR APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS OF DELA CRUZ, JUAN A.).

Once the application is submitted, the EduKAR Gensan Scholarship Staff will review/assess your requirements.
Once all your requirements are verified CORRECT AND COMPLETE, an Acknowledgement Email will be sent to you as RECEIPT – Due to the traffic of emails, kindly wait for the email confirmation and REFRAIN from sending multiple submissions)
Once you receive the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL (RECEIPT) confirming the success of your requirements’ submission, please wait for the next announcements to be posted on the AKLAT-GSC FB Page: (Make sure to like the page to get notification updates).
KEEP THE HARD COPIES OF THE REQUIREMENTS WITH YOU. The next step will be the Scholarship Council Interview and Qualifying Examination. You will be required to bring the hard copies on the day of the Interview (to be determined soon).
