This Event became the official outreach program of NBSPI held annually with the main goal of reaching out to those in need. It was a program designed to give back to the community with the help of the entire NBSPI Community including the personnel, students, and their parents.

“Tanglaw” captures the Brightonian charge of bringing light to gloomy spaces. The past years have been very challenging as the world faces the threat of a pandemic. It was truly one of the darkest days of our lives as we continue to fight for survival against all odds.

Last December 21, 2021, the “Araw ng Tanglaw” event was held virtually via the Official Facebook Page of New Brighton. This virtual event for a cause was organized by NBSPI Personnel and the Supreme Student Council (SSC). Students groups rendered songs, dances, and various musical performances to enliven the gift-giving spirit this holiday.

Proceeds of this event will go to the Pasasambao Integrated Health Services, Inc. located in Labangal, General Santos City. This is also in partnership with KCC Foundation.
